How To Apply ROOFRUBBER™: As Easy As Spreading Peanut Butter
Applying ROOFRUBBER™ liquid rubber isn't complicated – if you can spread peanut butter on toast, you can likely apply ROOFRUBBER™. The key is an even, consistent layer for a seamless finish. Think of your surface as the bread and ROOFRUBBER™ as your favourite spread.
Step 1: Preparation (The Prep Before the Spread)
Clean the surface thoroughly, preferrably using high pressure. It needs to be free from loose debris, dust, grease, and flaking paint. Think of it like crumbling toast – the peanut butter won't stick! Wash if necessary and let it dry completely. Repair any major cracks or structural issues first.
Step 2: **BONDING LIQUID** (Sometimes the Bread Needs a Little Something Extra)
Most surfaces don't need a **bonding liquid**, but highly porous surfaces (like very old, dry concrete) or surfaces with potential adhesion issues might. If required, apply the recommended **bonding liquid** according to instructions. Let it dry fully. This is like a butter layer ensuring perfect 'spreadability'.
Step 3: The First Coat - Spreading it On (Thin & Light)
